Creating Your Account

Create a free BIMPulse account, verify your email, and start your 30-day trial. No credit card needed.

Sign up

A BIMPulse account is free. You need one to download the installer and to sign in to BIMPulse in Navisworks.

  1. Go to the sign-in page

    Click Login at the top of any page on bimpulse.ai, or any Start Free Trial button.

  2. Create your account

    The sign-in page is hosted by Auth0, our sign-in provider. If you don't have an account yet, create one there.

Joining a team?

If a teammate invited you, sign up with the email address the invitation was sent to. BIMPulse matches invitations by email.

Verify your email

We send a verification link to your email address. Click it before you sign in.

If you try to sign in first, you'll see Verify your email. Enter your email address and click Resend Verification Email to get a new link. You can resend once a minute. After you click the link in the email, choose Already verified? Sign in.

Complete your profile

The first time you open your dashboard, BIMPulse asks for a few details under Complete Your Profile:

  • Full Name
  • Job Title
  • Company
  • Timezone

All four are required. Your email address comes from your sign-in and can't be changed here. Click Go to Dashboard to finish. You can change these details later on the Profile settings page.

Your workspace and free trial

When you first sign in, BIMPulse creates a workspace for you, named after you and ending in “'s Workspace”. You're its owner. Licenses, billing, and team members all belong to a workspace, which the dashboard calls an organization.

Your workspace starts with a free 30-day trial straight away. There's nothing to activate and no credit card to enter.

  • The trial covers your whole team. The Team tab shows Unlimited Named and Floating licenses while it runs, so you can invite teammates to try BIMPulse with you.
  • The Billing tab shows your plan as 30-Day Free Trial and the date it ends.
  • Each account gets one free trial. Leaving a team, or being removed from one, doesn't start a new trial.

To keep using BIMPulse after the trial, buy licenses from the Purchase tab. See Named vs. Floating Licenses to choose the right mix, and Pricing for current prices.

To rename your workspace, open the Team tab and click the pencil icon next to its name.

If you were invited to a team

Sign in with the invited email address, and your dashboard shows You have been invited to join followed by the team's name. Click Accept Invite to join, or Decline.

Accepting adds you to the team's organization and switches your dashboard to it. Your own workspace stays as it is, and you can switch between them at any time. See Managing Your Team's Seats.
