Hardware and Licensing Data

To prevent subscription abuse and ensure compliance with our licensing terms, we collect a unique hardware hash from the machine where our software is installed. This hash is used solely for license verification and cannot be used by us to identify the specific physical hardware or access files on your machine.

Usage Data and Analytics

We collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This includes:

• Warning and error logs for troubleshooting
• Which BIMPulse tools are used and their frequency
• Process duration statistics for product optimization

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, or to perform Service-related services. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf.

• Auth0: Used for identity management and authentication.
• Supabase: Used for database hosting, user profile storage, and data infrastructure.
• Polar.sh: Used for payment processing and checkout. We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors.
• Resend: Used for product communication, newsletters, feedback requests, and transactional emails.

3. Data Retention

BIMPulse LLC will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

• Usage logs: Technical and tool usage logs are automatically deleted or anonymized after 12 months.
• Account data: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
